Shipping and Order Info

Ordering

All orders should be placed using the cart feature on this site. Discounts will be applied at check-out when applicable. If you have problems with adding items or checkout, please contact me and I will work fix issues.

Shipping

I ship primarily with the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail. If you would prefer to use UPS or FedEx, please contact me after purchase to arrange alternative shipping. Please be aware that comparable UPS and FedEx 2-3 day services are most often more expensive than Priority Mail. When using UPS or FedEx please be prepared to pay additional shipping costs.

I only ship to the mainland US and Alaska. I will not ship to Hawaii, US Territories (including Puerto Rico) or to international locations. Shipping to these locations requires additional permits which are not feasible for me to acquire at this time.

From November 15 - April 15 I will only ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and occasionally on Mondays, weather permitting. Shipping will be delayed in cases where overnight temperatures are below 20F in Manchester, NH or during storms which may cause hazardous driving conditions. Additionally, during this period there will be a $4.00 packing charge assessed to all shipments regardless of destination. This charge covers the extra time and materials required to safely pack orchids for shipment during the cold months, including extra insulation materials and a 72hr heat pack.

From April 16 - November 14 I will ship within two business days as often as possible although please allow up to 5 business days. I will contact you in cases where a delay is necessary. Shipments will be delayed on days in which local temperatures are predicted to exceed 90F or on the rare instance that it is too cold.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the health of all our plants when they leave our facility. Should you receive an unhealthy or infested plant, please contact us within 10 hours of delivery* and provide clear photos of the problem. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

*Cold damage claims on shipments without signature tracking must be submitted within 1.5 hours of delivery. We cannot guarantee plants that have been left outside in the elements for extended periods of time.

At this time we cannot guarantee flowers, spikes or buds as they will often blast due to stress outside of our control including changes in light, humidity and temperature. Although we try to pack as carefully as possible, there may be times when a spike is accidentally damaged during the packing process. If you purchased a plant advertised as in spike and it is damage, please send clear photos of both the plant and break. In most instances the plant will be discounted 15%.

Returns

We accept returns of plants that are in the same condition they were received. For returns not related to our health guarantee, the buyer must pay return shipping. Refunds will be given for the plant only.

If plants are being returned due to damage, you must provide documentation within 10 hours of receiving your plant*. Plants returned damaged without prior documentation will only receive partial refunds with the amount depending on the level of damage.
