Paphiopedilum superbiens is a marvelous slipper species. The flowers are more bizarre than beautiful with an exaggerated, brown pouch, dimunitive brown and white petals and a Maudiae-like dorsal sepal. Where this species truly shines is its foliage, which rivals most jewel orchids! Stunning species that we're very excited about! Available as blooming size plants in 3.5'' pots. Some plants have washed out leaves from being kept in too high light but for a unique effect (see 3rd photo).
